An on-site edge handles local camera streaming, recording, detection, and device services. A secure online service supports identity, notifications, remote access, and household history without putting live video in every cloud path.
The point of view
The house should not fail like an app.
Cameras, locks, leak sensors, and climate controls are part of the house. The system is designed so a cloud outage does not turn those systems into blank tiles. Work that can happen at home stays at home; cloud services are used where they add reach, identity, or durable coordination.
It is built carefully, one house at a time, around compatible systems already in place and open standards such as Matter, Zigbee, ONVIF, PoE, and WebRTC.
