Privacy and resilience

MANOR uses cloud services for secure identity, notifications, remote access, and coordination. It does not require live camera video to detour through a shared cloud relay. The online service supports reach and durable coordination while the immediate work stays at the house.

Does MANOR replace the devices already in a home?
Not by default. MANOR is designed to unify compatible cameras, locks, thermostats, lights, sensors, vehicles, appliances, audio, and irrigation systems that a home already uses.
What happens if the internet or a cloud service is unavailable?
The on-site MANOR edge continues handling local recording and core device operations. Remote access and services that inherently depend on the internet may be limited until connectivity returns.
